Educational Vitality Partners, LLC is led by John J. D’Adamo, Ph.D., who has served as an educator in the field for over 25 years.
Dr. D'Adamo is a seasoned educational leader and consultant with more than two decades of experience advancing academic excellence across independent and private schools serving students from early childhood through secondary education. His career began at Archbishop Curley High School, where he integrated emerging technologies into teaching and learning, expanded Advanced Placement participation and achievement, and coordinated a range of academic and extracurricular programs.
He went on to serve as Assistant Principal and later as Principal and Head of School within the Archdiocese of Baltimore, guiding four schools through measurable gains in enrollment, fundraising, and student performance. Under his leadership, one school earned National Blue Ribbon recognition, while others advanced STEM education, inclusion programs, and faculty professional growth.
Since 2020, Dr. D’Adamo has served as Assistant Head of School and Head of Middle and Upper School at York Country Day School, where he has overseen a 26% increase in enrollment, introduced innovative curriculum pathways, strengthened student support systems, enhanced facilities and staffing operations, secured state childcare licensure, and led successful accreditation processes. He has also collaborated closely with York College of Pennsylvania to advance its technology transformation initiative and to expand joint YCP–YCDS educational career pathways through internship and experiential learning opportunities that bridge P–12 and postsecondary education.
His doctoral research, An Analysis of Technological Attitudes and Self-Efficacy Among K–12 Teachers Following the Emergency Remote Teaching Used During COVID-19, explores teacher adaptation and confidence in technology during a period of global educational disruption.
Dr. D’Adamo also contributes to educational improvement worldwide as a Commissioner and Visiting Team Chair for the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools, where he supports institutions in strategic planning and accreditation to ensure excellence across diverse educational contexts.
